Books

My familiarity with books began later than for many, but they soon took center stage in my personal and intellectual growth. Each page has opened doors that were unknown before, and I have lost the innocence of youth and acquired the knowledge of a multitude of conversations with writers long gone.Books are not just storehouses of information, but gateways to worlds without end, silent companions offering solace, thrills, and enlightenment. Whether it's about tapping into scientific theory, breaking into poetry, or understanding systems of productivity, every book profoundly shapes my perception of the world. I've gained empathy, patience, and introspection from reading and continue to broaden my horizons and move through life's ambiguities with precision.

Horse Riding

Horse riding is near and dear to my heart - a passion sparked in me as a child by my uncle's interest and dedication to these magnificent creatures. Nothing compares to the thrill of becoming a part of the strength and grace of a horse, riding side by side through open spaces with abandon. The wind in the face, the rhythmic boom of hooves, and the profound understanding between horse and rider make way for instances of pure, unadulterated joy. Riding horses has never been a hobby; it is an experience of unity, freedom, and timeless elegance.

Coffee

Discovering the world of coffee is a new passion, one that was very encouraged by my mentor and club advisor, Sinan Genç, whose vast knowledge introduced me to this rich and intricate world. From discovering different beans to experimenting with different brewing methods, coffee has become an art form and a lifestyle. Every cup I make is not only a drink - it's a chance to experiment, sharpen my palate, and share in the world's cultures through scent and taste.

Skiing

My recent skiing experience unearthed a latent talent and sparked yet another passion. Guided by Akrema Akrema, a Postdoctoral at our university, my first skiing experience at Erciyes Ski Resort quickly became an ardent interest. Surprisingly, in no time, I was skiing down the Ottoman, the tallest professional ski slope in Turkiye. The thrill of rushing down snowy mountain slopes, the adrenaline pumping through my veins, and the picturesque beauty at mountain peaks make skiing not just a sport but a celebration of adventure, freedom, and determination. By indulging in this new passion, I have discovered an appreciation for finding the courage to venture into the unknown, uncovering latent possibilities, and pursuing exhilarating challenges.
